Compare clinicians and groups
Easily compare performance across all clinicians, or group by primary location, supervisor or ‘type’ for a quick read on how your team is performing compared to peers. This may be helpful when you need to:
Decide where or to whom you should dedicate additional training or coaching resources
Assign mentor/mentee pairings based on strengths and areas for improvement
Compare location-based performance to costs by location for an evaluation on whether or not to grow or scale back on certain offices
Identify and celebrate top performers. Whether it’s a virtual high-five, a call=out to the team, or a spot bonus, find ways to celebrate clinicians that are meeting goals or showing improvements to help with long term clinician retention. Be sure to use the column sort features in the collapsed view of Clinician Metrics to quickly sort to high/low performance.
