Cancel Rate

Each clinician’s Cancel Rate is the percent of scheduled sessions that were canceled. These signify a lost opportunity for revenue.

Billable cancels such as late cancels/no shows are not included, since there was still the potential for revenue to be generated through penalties and fees.

You can view a breakdown of the types of non-billable cancelations in the Cancelation Report (link). You can view billable cancellations (such as no-shows and late cancels) in the summary table of your Completed Sessions Report (link).
