Editing Clinician Details

PracticeVital supports the following "Clinician Inputs". These can be set during onboarding, or changed from your Settings.

  • Start Date: Clinician metrics from before this date are ignored. This allows you to ignore sessions while a clinician is ramping up without skewing their metrics. Note: practice-wide totals do include sessions prior to a clinician's start date.

  • Weekly Session Goal: Keep in mind, the clinician's updated session goal will apply to all data moving forward, including past/historical data.

  • Categories: Enter details about each of your clinicians for the option to further organize your clinician data into groups. Learn more about editing your categories here.
