Can I change preferences I had set in my onboarding form, such as a clinician’s session goal or start date?

Of course. Visit the Settings page to edit your inputs for any clinician. Keep in mind, the clinician's updated session goal will apply to all data moving forward, including past/historical data. Please contact us if you need to change how a billing code is counted, when notes are due, or the number of weeks in your year.

Can other people within my practice gain access to my PracticeVital account?

Yes, feel free to contact us to add additional email logins to your practice’s account, free of charge. Note that any clinician with access will be able to see the metrics for all clinicians.

How do you define each metric, and what are the color thresholds for each?

Notice there is an “i” bubble alongside each metric on the Clinician Overview page for quick support on what each metric is, along with the red, yellow, green performance thresholds. You can also download our Metrics Glossary.

Do you have a referral program I can join?
