Where did the appointments for my archived TheraNest clients go?

Rest assured, the appointments for all of the clients seen at your practice are still being tracked in PracticeVital, but TheraNest hides the appointments of archived clients by default. If you would like to still see appointments for archived clients on your calendar, you can follow these steps in TheraNest:

1. Log in to TheraNest and click your name in the upper right, then select 'My profile and settings.'

2. Next, click the 'Preferences' tab.

3. Select 'Yes' for the 'Show Client filter on Calendar and Agenda' option.

4. A new option labelled 'Include archived clients in Calendar Client filter' will appear. Set this to 'Yes' and then be sure to click 'Save Preferences' in the lower right.
