Digest practice wide trends
On a monthly or quarterly basis, evaluate big-picture trends in your practice’s performance to help guide strategic decision making at large. For example:
Filter to “Total Practice” and various time frames to see whether your practice is growing or declining year over year, quarter over quarter, month over month.
Compare various time frames to identify seasonal trends that will allow you to better budget and plan for the future. You may be able to anticipate patterns each year, such as a summer slump in bookings or higher cancellations around the holiday season. .
Within the Revenue Report, filter to “Compare Clinicians” to understand which clinicians are consistently generating the most (or conversely, least) amount of revenue for your practice.
Within the Revenue Report, use the table to breakdown which services or codes are driving the most revenue for your practice. This might help inform areas of expertise or further investment.
