Investigate or diagnose issues

If you’re having trouble with a specific clinician, but don’t know exactly what factors are at play with them, lean on PracticeVital to start understanding the full story of their performance. You might:

  • View their data through various historical time frames to see if there is a noticeable trend or drop off point in certain metrics that warrants further investigation

  • Dig into the “deep dive” tables underneath a given Metric Report to understand at a code level where your clinician is thriving or falling behind expectations.

  • Implement specific, targeted strategies with your clinician to fine tune things like client retention, cancelation rate and churn, with specific goals and checkpoints outlined together.

  • Pair them with a mentor on your team who excels at areas they may need support in.
